Tai Chi is a new style of the traditional Tai Chi forms that are popular in China and Taiwan and are now being introduced into the U.S. It blends classic graceful Chinese choreography with Tai Chi forms of exercise. It is performed to the accompaniment of exotic, oriental music.

Practicing Tai Chi extends the same benefits as the Tai Chi forms yet makes it more enjoyable by contributing to the goals of increasing body flexibility and strength, improving your balance, and of achieving the serenity and self-confidence needed to cope with the stresses of every day life.

Regardless of what age you are or what experience you have with Tai Chi, you will find that you can learn Tai Chi Dancing. The lessons are designed so as to integrate learning the movements of Tai Chi while, at the same time, learning the dance routine.
